Our Instincts
When we allow ourselves to open up, sometimes unbelievable clarity comes to us.We see parts of ourselves that we may not like or understand but they are there. They are inside of us awaiting their ascension to the light. They are pieces of who we are emerging and slowly appearing right before our eyes. Once they emerge into the light they can be closely analyzed and viewed through new paradigms. New paradigms that we have formed through our experiences. Experiences that we have meticulously collected on our journey.
We can then ask ourselves the hard questions of ..is this really my true feelings? or are they merely old thoughts that no longer fit into my new paradigms. Thoughts are a product of our internal senses coupled with our thinking filters. Some thoughts need time to simmer and stand in a holding place until they can make better sense. And some can be discarded; while others must be examined closer. The examination of thought requires testing their validity and as in science rejecting it based on not enough evidence or accepting that they have a valid reason for their existence in our head. I often try to reject my gut feelings or instincts about things. But I now know that what we feel in our belly, has a lot of power in regards to our thinking.
Our belly or instincts serves as sort of check and balance system that we must utilize and trust when we are examining things in our life. Thoughts and feelings can at times be a little tricky, we must insure that our thoughts are not being led by mere emotions, because emotions are fleeting, here today and gone tomorrow. We must analyze our thoughts and beliefs to be certain that they are not just hormonal or based on old information. But we must not ever fully reject our instincts because they are the compass in us that protects us. They are the place in us that GOD and the Holy Spirit resides.
So this week ladies trust your instincts they are a very important part of our whole.
Go Forth and Do Great Things!
Kind Regards,
Pauline
